These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph365.net platform. By registering an account or using any service on ph365.net, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365.net login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. ph365.net will never ask for your password via any channel. 3.5 Account Currency. ph365.net accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph365.net accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where technically supported.
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. In compliance with Philippine regulations, ph365.net does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via: (a) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset; or (b) credit cards for gambling deposit purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine financial regulations.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. ph365.net does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification being complete. ph365.net reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ph365.net may require additional verification if you request a withdrawal to a different payment method.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ph365.net may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email or mobile number. The balance will not be reduced below zero.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ph365.net are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ph365.net reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. 5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. ph365.net reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on ph365.net is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph365.net will use its technical records to determine the outcome of the affected game round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the wager for that round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. ph365.net's determination in such cases is final.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. ph365.net reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
6.4 Void Bets. ph365.net reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a game that was incorrectly configured, or placed in circumstances that constitute a manifest error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your ph365.net account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.2 Termination by ph365.net. ph365.net reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, ph365.net may withhold any balance pending investigation. Your continued use of the ph365.net platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.4 Jurisdiction. For any legal proceedings not resolved through the above processes, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
